| Robert Reid joined Roth Capital Partners in 2012 and currently serves as a Senior Director in the Investment Banking group, with a particular focus on the Technology, Business Services, and Industrials sectors. His experience encompasses a broad range of corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, at-the-market offerings, and private placements. He has also advised public and private companies on sell-side and buy-side M&A, divestitures, and recapitalizations. Robert earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. |
