| Russ Nudelman is a Managing Director, Investment Banking at ROTH. With his extensive background, he brings valuable experience in advising clients on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, he dedicated ten years to practicing corporate and intellectual property law at several prominent law firms and entertainment companies.
