Cooper & Company, where she led and directed their energy/oil and gas practice for a duration of over 15 years. Under her guidance, the firm successfully closed on transactions valued at $4 billion, with a primary focus on the oil and gas industry. Before her role at C. K. Cooper & Company, Ms. Chen obtained over ten years of experience in the financial services industry in Panama. During this time, she specialized in the development of ancillary financial services, particularly in equipment leasing, auto leasing, and insurance.
