| Joseph "J." Barry is a Managing Director, Investment Banking at ROTH, focusing on Metals and Minerals. Before joining Roth Capital Partners, he was a Managing Director at Rodman & Renshaw from 2013 to 2017. At Rodman & Renshaw, he participated in 38 successful equity, debt, and ATM transactions in the resources sector representing over $850 Million in aggregate value. From 2010 to 2013, he established the mining practice at Global Hunter Securities (GHS), now Seaport Global, where he participated in 22 successful equity and debt transactions totaling $370 Million. Before GHS, he was Managing Director at Olympus Securities, a boutique investment bank in New York. He also has worked at Iroquois Capital, a New York-based hedge fund. |
