Bio

Bryan Baratian is a Managing Director, Senior Research Analyst at ROTH, where he leads the firm's research coverage of Digital Assets, AI Infrastructure, and Blockchain.

Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, Bryan held roles at Hut 8, 325 Capital, and Morgan Stanley, gaining experience as a digital infrastructure operator, SMID-cap hedge fund activist investor, and securitization banker. At 325 Capital, he worked closely with management teams and boards, leveraging the firm's Bain & Co-derived analytical framework to develop and achieve blueprints for value creation.

Mr. Baratian earned a B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University and is a frequent guest speaker at the Brandeis International Business School.
