J.R. D'Amato is a Vice President in Healthcare Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners, where he has spent more than 6 years focused exclusively on advising healthcare companies across equity, debt and M&A transactions. During his tenure, he has executed over 150 financing and strategic advisory transactions representing more than $5.0 billion in aggregate value. His work has focused primarily on small- and mid-cap public companies, as well as companies preparing to enter the public markets.

His experience includes IPOs, PIPEs, registered directs, debt financings, and M&A advisory mandates. J.R. brings a detailed understanding of capital markets execution, transaction structuring, valuation considerations, and investor dynamics specific to the healthcare sector.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business.
