Angelina Gomes is a Vice President, Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners. She joined ROTH in 2021 and is part of the Investment Banking Group in New York. She has over nine years of combined experience across investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory, and accounting.

At ROTH, Angelina focuses on middle-market mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital market. She has played a key role in executing transactions across the consumer, healthcare, and technology sectors, with experience spanning buy-side and sell-side mandates, fairness opinions, and capital raises.

Prior to ROTH, Angelina was an Investment Banking Analyst at National Securities Corporation and gained additional M&A experience at HouseWorks LLC and Patagon Consulting. Angelina began her career as an accountant working for the Rolls Wood Group in Kuala Lumpur.

 Angelina holds an MBA in Business Management with a minor in Business Law from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a B.A. (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur.
