Michael Penza is a Vice President in the Investment Banking department at Roth Capital Partners. Before joining Roth, Mr. Penza spent nearly two years as an analyst in the Corporate Finance Transaction Advisory Services group at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll), where he conducted buy-side and sell-side due diligence for private equity firms and strategic acquirers. Earlier in his career, he worked in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services group. Mr. Penza earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
