Greg Ogborn is a Managing Director, Technology Investment Banking at Roth MKM. Mr. Ogborn has over two decades of leadership, investment banking, and capital markets expertise. Mr. Ogborn’s experience includes originating and successfully executing over 400 book-run transactions and 75 lead left transactions in the equity markets.

Prior to joining Roth MKM, Mr. Ogborn held the position of Head of Technology Equity Capital Markets (ECM) at Truist Securities. Prior to that he was part of the ECM team at Wells Fargo Securities. He began his career as an Officer in the United States Army, where he dedicated five years of active-duty service, including a one-year deployment in Kandahar, Afghanistan. His contributions earned him the prestigious Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in a combat zone.

Mr. Ogborn's earned his B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
