Chip Moore is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at ROTH MKM, specializing in Sustainability-focused equity research. With an extensive background in capital markets spanning nearly two decades, he has dedicated much of his career to researching Sustainability themes. His coverage has extended across a diverse range of companies spanning various sectors. Notably, his expertise revolves around energy and power technologies, water and wastewater solutions, smart grid and smart city concepts, recycling and reuse initiatives, pollution control, green building practices, alternative fuels and clean transportation, among other areas.

Before joining ROTH MKM, Mr. Moore was Managing Director and Global Head of Sustainability sector research at EF Hutton. His earlier experience includes a position as Director and Senior Research Analyst at Canaccord Genuity, where he began his career in Wall Street in the technology sector with the predecessor firm Adams Harkness, which Canaccord later acquired. Before his tenure in the sell-side industry, he was involved with the quantitative research group at Thomson First Call.

Noteworthy achievements of Mr. Moore’s career includes being a part of the top-ranked team in the Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" survey for electronic and electrical equipment in 2012. His prowess was further acknowledged by his inclusion in TipRanks' "Top 100" analysts list for his adept stock-picking performance in 2018. This recognition continued in May 2023, as he earned a spot among the "Top 10" consumer goods analysts over the previous decade according to TipRanks.

Mr. Moore's educational background encompasses a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University. He has held the CFA charter since 2003 and is an active member of the CFA Society Boston.
