Doug Gonsalves is a Managing Director and Head of Technology, Investment Banking at ROTH MKM. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience at leading Technology-focused investment banking firms. He has an accomplished track record of providing high quality merger, acquisition and capital formation advice to companies across the Technology sector and has successfully built and led teams to high performance on bulge bracket and middle market investment banking platforms.

Mr. Gonsalves was most recently at Truist Securities, where he was Head of the Technology M&A practice. Prior to joining Truist he was co-head of the software and digital media practice at Technology boutique Mooreland Partners. Prior to that Doug was a Managing Director at ThinkEquity where he was Head of Investment Banking and M&A, and served as a member of Management Committee. Doug's prior experience included senior relationship banking and M&A roles within the Technology group at Merrill Lynch & Co., and he began his career working in the Technology M&A groups at Banc of America Securities and Robertson Stephens.
