Bio

Michael Lesser is the Head of Event Driven at ROTH. He joined MKM Partners in 2018 before the firm was acquired by Roth Capital Partners in 2023. Prior to his tenure at MKM Partners, he worked as a Desk Analyst on the Risk Arbitrage team at Berenberg Capital Markets in New York. Before that, he held a similar role at Churchill Capital.

Mr. Lesser holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and is also a CFA charterholder.
