| Benjamin Bowen is a Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking at ROTH. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group at Northland Capital Markets, focused on the healthcare sector. Previously, he was a Managing Director at The Benchmark Company, LLC, and at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC. Throughout his investment banking career, he has invested over $3 billion in financing for healthcare companies. In addition, he has advised many companies on strategic matters, including collaborations, mergers, and trade sales. Prior to 2004, he worked in pharmaceutical research and management at Genentech, CIBA‐Geigy, and Novartis. Dr. Bowen received his B.A. in Chemistry at Hamline University and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.). |
