Byron Roth is Chairman and
CEO of ROTH Capital Partners, LLC. Under his management
the firm has
raised over $25 billion for small-cap public companies, as well as successfully completed many
merger and acquisition and advisory assignments.
Mr. Roth co-founded two small-cap asset management firms;
Cortina Asset Management and
Investors. These funds have combined
assets under management of approximately $4 billion.
Mr. Roth is a member of the University of San Diego Board of Trustees, a founding member of the Executive Cabinet for the Athletic Department and a member of the Investment Committee for the university’s endowment. He is also a member of the Advisory Council for Johnson at Cornell University, and the Executive Board of Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. Mr. Roth serves as a National Trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Mr. Roth earned his BBA from
the University of San Diego in 1985 and his MBA from Johnson at Cornell University in 1987.
