Please join ROTH for its annual two day conference that brings together executives from approximately 200 growth companies. This event is designed to provide investors with a unique opportunity to gain insight into leading companies across all sectors. Additionally we will be hosting a special track dedicated to companies based in China. Presentations will provide a brief overview of the company's operations, and speakers will spend the majority of their time discussing topics that will highlight the value and investment opportunity their company represents.

The conference is especially designed to meet the needs of a changing market place. We have selected approximately 30 leading micro cap companies to showcase their stories on Monday afternoon (02/16/09, President's Day). We encourage you to come early and take advantage of these special presentations.

The 2008 conference attracted over 1,000 institutional investors from across the globe and over 360 presenting companies from the U.S, China and India. We also hosted over 3,000 one-on-one and small group meetings during the event.
