Welcome to the Roth OC Stock Conference. As we mark our 19th year, we are pleased to report that this event has grown into one of the premier institutional investor conferences for small and micro cap companies. The success of this conference, however, could not have been possible without you, our valued client, and we thank you for your continued support.

Once again you'll find that the program is designed to provide a most efficient and productive conference experience. Over the course of two and one half days, you will have an opportunity to view presentations from 320 companies and to meet with company management in a one-on-one setting. Approximately 40 of those companies have traveled from China; allowing you to review offerings from one of the world's fastest growing emerging economies.

In recent years, companies have employed numerous techniques to access the capital markets. Reverse mergers, blank check companies, self filings and other methods have gained traction, resulting in increasingly different needs for public companies that haven't utilized the traditional IPO process. Roth has acquired new resources to assist these companies and their investors, some of which will be highlighted in our panels.

To further our ongoing commitment to publicly traded emerging growth companies, we will be adding a new advisory service designed to support the visibility and credibility of companies that are not currently listed on a national stock exchange (i.e., those traded on the Pink Sheets, the OTC Bulletin Board and other international exchanges). In January, Roth was accepted as one of the first investment banks to become a Designated Advisor for Disclosure (DAD) for the new OTCQX market tier from Pink Sheets LLC. As an OTCQX DAD Roth will provide advice with respect for a company to meet listing requirements and public disclosure obligations of OTCQX.

Our educational panels have been so well received that we have expanded the lineup to five, including Options Backdating, Reverse Mergers, PIPEs, Listing Alternatives for Growth Companies and finally a session on The Risks and Rewards of Investing in China.

No Roth conference would be complete without world class entertainment and this year is no exception. Please join us for two evenings of top rated entertainment including both old and new school themes. On Tuesday, February 20th, new school features a Moulin Roth-themed, "Shake your Money Maker" evening with Ludacris, and Wednesday night, February 21 it's old school Toga, Toga, Toga night with Otis Day and the Knights. Suggested dress code for the first night is festive club attire. Togas will be provided, but if you prefer, bring your own!
