Presenter Information

1. Registration: Each presenting company is given three (3) admissions ONLY to the conference (which already includes your presenters). All company attendees (including presenters & IR representatives) MUST register in advance no later than February 8^th, 2008. Please be advised – the # of passes are STRICTLY ENFORCED.

2. Hotel Information: Please remember to book your hotel as soon as possible as there are limited rooms available.
* Please note that in order to book rooms you need to be registered to attend the conference.

3. Web Cast: ROTH Capital Partners has arranged for Wall Street Webcasting (a division of The Wall Street Transcript) to provide the infrastructure for webcasting company presentations for the conference. This optional service is fully compliant with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations, and the cost of the webcast, for those companies that wish to use it, will be paid directly by presenting companies to Wall Street Webcasting. Company presentations will be available for viewing via webcast the day of the presentation, and archived for 90 days after the conference, plus will include the company's presentation slides. Fee per company: $750. All companies will receive a dedicated link to their webcast for use in their marketing materials and websites directly from Wall Street Webcasting. Customer Service representatives and the technical support staff of Wall Street Webcasting will be available before, during and after the conference to work with presenting companies and individuals accessing the webcasts. 4. Presentations: Presentation time: 25 minutes which includes 5 minutes of Q&A. All presentation rooms will be equipped with a discreet timer to help you manage your time.
Scheduled 25 minute breakouts will follow immediately after each presentation.

5. Speaker Presentation Upload: Glastonbury, Inc. is the official Audio Visual provider for the ROTH 2008 OC Growth Stock Conference. You can upload your presentation via the PPT Upload tab on your registration page.

A final confirmation will come from Glastonbury one week prior to the event. Presentation time is limited, and untested presentations may not be accepted. Un-working presentations will result in no visual presentation. We recommend that you bring a completely tested backup copy of the uploaded file with you to the conference on a Compact Disc or Flash drive. Please stop by the Speaker-Ready Area at least 1 hour prior to your presentation time, so you can verify the correct version and content has been sent. To insure success, all content must be tested by the Glastonbury technicians prior to being displayed on the meeting room screen.

6. News Release Distribution: As a proud sponsor of ROTH Capital Partners' OC Conference, Business Wire is pleased to offer your company the opportunity to promote its participation to the media and investors with a free 100 word company profile. This Profile will be distributed to the media nationwide including disclosure media, Analyst Wire, financial database and online services and relevant trade media worldwide. In addition, Business Wire will also be offering custom news release distribution options and will be onsite to assist you with issuing breaking news releases regarding your presentation. Since Business Wire will be hosting the online news center for the Roth Capital Partners' OC Conference, media, analysts and investors will have instant access to presenting company profiles and breaking news. 7. Electronic Company Material Submission Procedures: ROTH is going green - In an effort to reduce the amount of paper at the Annual Conference, this year ROTH is NOT requesting printed copies of your IR Kits. Instead all attendees will be provided with a thumb drive and will have the opportunity to download all electronic IR Kits from kiosks located in the internet café. The system allows us to provide more complete coverage of Presenting Companies, while making it easier for attendees to take them home. ROTH will NOT be providing a library to store any marketing materials at the hotel.

For each company ROTH will include each presenting company’s:

• Core Documents of latest Annual Report include latest 10 K's and Q's and recent ROTH Capital Research (applicable to ROTH covered companies only).

Each company can also upload the additional materials to be included under their IR Kit:

• Company issued press releases, article reprints, fact sheets and your company power point presentation.

IR Kit Submission Format:

• Your files should be in PDF format only.
• Each file should be named descriptively and should include your ticker symbol, so it is easy to identify. For example if it's a press release by Amgen on drug efficacy, please entitle it "AMGN - Aspirin safety trials". Company Symbol - Title of document.
• Aggregate file size maximum: 2MB.

8. One on Ones: We are pleased to offer One-on-One meetings with investors at our 20^th Annual OC Growth Stock Conference. Each meeting will last 30 minutes. While we will make every attempt to accommodate every request, please be aware that we may be limited by high demand for certain companies. Your preliminary schedule will be sent to you the week prior to the conference. Upon your arrival, please remember to check in at the One-on-One Desk to pick up your Final Schedule of meetings, complete with any last minute changes and the specific room assignments.
