Job Duties:

Analyze and interpret China macroeconomics and cover Chinese companies traded publicly in the U.S. market; and be able to communicate with management companies based in various regions of China to obtain relevant financial data/information necessary for conducting in-depth analysis.

Perform fundamental analysis of US-listed Chinese companies, including due diligence, management discussions, site visits and customer/channel interviews. Provide written analysis, rating and valuation of companies under coverage and communicate analyses and opinions about covered companies to institutional sales, institutional clients and investment bankers.

Review and analyze companies that are direct competitors to companies under research coverage.

Gather and examine the economic data issued by related Departments of Chinese government; and conduct analysis on China’s monetary and fiscal policy, foreign investments, regulations, and Chinese equities traded in the U.S. Maintain efficient communications and interactions with top management teams of Chinese public companies and with our senior analysts, sales, and institutional investors.
