Transaction Information
On July 28, 2010, Veri-tax completed the sale of its assets to Blue Horizon
Capital. Blue Horizon Capital is a privately held investment firm comprised of
an extensive and experienced group of private equity investors, advisors, and
senior-level executives. The acquisition will provide additional capital and
resources to support Veri-tax's growth initiatives. Veri-tax was acquired
at an Enterprise Valuation exceeding 2.5x trailing revenue.
