Giga-tronics Incorporated (OTCQB: GIGA) has closed an underwritten public offering of 10,400,000 shares of its common stock, which includes 90,000 additional shares pursuant to a partial exercise of the over-allotment option. The shares were sold at the public offering price of $0.25 per share, resulting in the gross proceeds for Giga-tronics Incorporated of approximately $2.6 million.
ROTH Capital Partners acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
