On June 27, 2011, ECOtality, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECTY) closed an underwritten public offering of $21.3 million, selling 8,500,000 shares of its common stock at $2.50 per share. On July 7, 2011 ROTH exercised the over-allotment option of 1,275,000 shares to bring the total offering to $24.4 million. ROTH Capital Partners acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
