Transaction Information
On July 5, 2011, Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDTI)
closed an underwritten public offering of $11.8 million. The Company sold
3,053,750 shares of common stock, including the over-allotment option of 408,750
shares, and selling stockholders sold 80,000 shares at $3.75 per share. ROTH
Capital Partners acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
