ROTH Capital Partners Acts as Sole Book-Running Manager for ACM Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACMR) in its $11.2 Million IPO and Sole Placement Agent for its concurrent $7.5 Million Private Placement

Transaction Information
ACM Research, Inc. (“ACM Research”) has completed its initial public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The shares were sold at the price of $5.60 per share, resulting in the gross proceeds of approximately $11.2 million. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market Stock Exchange on November 3, 2017 under the symbol “ACMR.” Concurrently, ACM Research completed a private placement transaction of 833,334 shares of Class A common stock to Xinxin (Hongkong) Capital Co., Limited, a subsidiary of Sino IC Capital Co., Ltd., and 500,000 shares of Class A common stock to Victorious Way Limited, a subsidiary of China Everbright Limited, at a price per share equal to $5.60 per share, resulting in additional gross proceeds of approximately $7.5 million. The gross proceeds to ACM Research from the initial public offering and the concurrent private placement was approximately $18.7 million.

ROTH Capital Partners acted as sole book-running manager for the initial public offering and as sole placement agent for the private placement transaction.
